What is SCRIP?
SCRIP is a program for raising funds involving the buying of gift cards with which the retailer returns a portion of the monies to the parish. Currently, St. Anthony is getting their SCRIP cards in cooperation with St. Mary Catholic Church, and receiving the proceeds.
Retailers include: Walgreens, Wal-mart, Menards, Woodmans, Kwik Trip, Meijer, Applebees, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Target, Kohl’s and many more. The percentage of return varies from 1.5% to 14%.
You can pick up and drop off a SCRIP order form at the parish office in the Gathering Space or ask at the back of church.
We hope to be expanding the SCRIP sales in the future.
