ALZHEIMER’S WALK 2021

The Human concerns Committee is once again entering a team to walk in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s which will be held on September 25th at U.W. Parkside. Parishioners, their families and friends are invited to join the team as a walker or as a sponsor of a walker with the provision of a monetary donation. Our team, St. Anthony’s Memory Makers, is registered on line and you may register at alz.org/walk to either join the walk or to make donations for the team. We walk and fund raise for a World Without Alzheimer’s and All Other Dementias.

CORPUS CHRISTI BLOOD DRIVE

St. Anthony’s co-sponsored the Corpus Christi Blood Drive along with Holy Rosary, Mt. Carmel, St. Elizabeth & St. James,  and St. Therese churches on Monday, June 14th from 2:30pm  – 7:30pm at Holy Rosary Church, 2224 45th Street. A big Thank You to all of our parishioners that donated either blood or time or both to this charitable cause. Many thanks to Betty Solum for coordinating our parish participation. To all those volunteer bakers that provided the sweet treats; much gratitude and appreciation.
