The Sacrament of Reconciliation brings about a direct encounter with the mercy of Jesus, restores or increases sanctifying grace, and brings about a purification of the soul on the path to become a saint. Mercy is invitation to return to the Lord at St. Anthony’s.

There is no substitute for the peace of mind and soul which this sacrament imparts to us. It is a peace that flows from a certainty, rather than from an unsure hope, that our sins have been forgiven and that we are right with God.

Has it been a long time since you have been to reconciliation? Forgot what to say?
