St. Anthony Traveling Statue

Fr. Todd and the Parish Leadership Team have recently implemented a new ministry, the Traveling St. Anthony Statue. Having a religious statue in your home is a sign of reverence and a reminder that we have older brothers and sister in Christ who have already fought the good fight, that we can go to with our prayers for help and guidance.

We have acquired a beautiful 16-inch-tall wooden statue of St. Anthony, hand-carved in Ecuador (you’ll have to reserve the statue to learn the rest of that story). We’ve also put together a binder containing information about the life of St. Anthony, prayers to St. Anthony, a coloring page and a short summary written for children, prayer cards and holy cards. This is a wonderful way to get to know and love the patron saint of our parish. Each family will get to keep the statue for one week.

To learn more about this ministry or to sign up for a week, see Jane Padlock, our parish secretary, after 10 am Mass in our Gathering Space or contact the parish office at 262-652-1844.
